Fixturlaser PAT - the final solution to all your belt alignment needs With the Fixturlaser PAT you are never in doubt on whether your belt transmissions are aligned or not. By using the groove as reference, you will achieve a precise alignment which reduces belt wear, bearing failures and vibrations. Two transmitters with visible red laser line The Fixturlaser PAT comes with two line laser transmitters, each equipped with two spring loaded guides which fit into the pulley grooves. The Fixturlaser PAT is equipped with various sized removable guides to fit standard sheave sizes A-E (6 mm - 40 mm). Additional guides for alignment of timing belts are available as accessories. The use of two laser transmitters with integrated targets makes it very easy to find out what kind of alignment that is required. Parallel offset, angular error and twist is instantly visible to the operator. Within a few minutes the operator can determine if the machine requires alignment or not.

An All Digital Tool
Fixturlaser was the first to use the digital CCD technology in sensors of this kind and, hence, the first to deliver a digital shaft alignment system to the market. With a 30 mm CCD detector, you are able to obtain unparalleled repeatability together with outstanding precision alignment, regardless of ambient light and measurement environment. The benefit over the older analog PSD technology is unmatched with regards to the capability of filtering and refining the measurement data. Another benefit is the size of the sensors that are very compact, only 33 mm thick, and therefore easy to fit into even the tightest spaces.
Adaptive User Interface with the VertiZontal Moves
Fixturlaser has developed an adaptive user interface, i.e. a user interface that actually tells you what to do based on your measurement results. With the VertiZontal Moves feature, we have brought to you one of the most innovative and time saving features in the shaft alignment world. The adaptive user interface shows how much a misaligned machine requires to be adjusted by adding or removing shims at the machine’s feet. When proceeding with the measurement, you no longer need to remeasure in between the vertical and the horizontal adjustment during the adjustment process. The following horizontal adjustment is promptly carried out with real values displayed.

Fixturlaser Runout Probe is a battery-powered measuring probe that connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to Fixturlaser NXA display unit. The Fixturlaser Runout Probe can be used for operations like:
Axial and radial runout checks on flanges
Checking movements on machine feet (soft foot)
Checking movements due to pipe strain Thermal growth on machine casings Eccentric or skewed mounting of coupling hubs
Checking bore shafts
Fixturlaser Runout Probe is a LVDT sensor with ± 2,5 mm measurement range with high precision (within 0.001 mm). The measuring sensor and battery assembly are enclosed and have a sealing class of IP65 which will withstand coolant and oil. The built-in battery is charged using a USB micro connector and has an operating time of 11 hours. The enclosure for the battery box contains built-in magnets that allow the device to be easily attached to the measuring stand.

Measurement results are displayed in micron resolution.
